Hello friends…Today’s Recipe PALAK PANEER Restaurant Style
Let’s know little details about palak paneer.
(Palak paneer is a vegetarian Indian dish consisting of spinach, tomato gravy sauce and paneer in a thick paste made from puréed spinach and seasoned with garlic, garam masala, and other spices).

Spinach contains antioxidants which keep cholesterol levels low and open up those arteries in your heart that could be blocked. It also contains folate which is great for the cardiovascular system. The content of magnesium in spinach shall surely help you lower high blood pressure.
Palak Paneer Restaurant Style
FOR PALAK PASTE:
1- bunch palak 500gms
1- inch ginger
2- garlic nos.
2- green chilli
MORE OTHER INGREDIENTS:
2 tp- oil
( cube size ur choice)
1 tsp- cumin seeds
1 inch- cinnamon
1- black cardamom
1-2 bay leaf
1½ tsp- dry fenugreek leaves hand crushed.
1 tsp- coriander powder
2 tbsp- onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp- tomato, finely chopped
½ tsp- garam masala
2 tbsp- cream / malai
Salt to taste.
Warm Water as required.
Take blanched palak, ginger, garlic and green chilli.
And blend to smooth paste without adding any water.
Take kadai heat oil and butter.
Now, add zeera, cinnamon,cardamom, bay leaf saute till it turns aromatic.
further, add onion and saute till it turns light golden.
Add tomato and saute till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
Then add coriander powder and mix well.
Add palak paste and salt
add water as required to ur consistency. ( how thick gravy you want ) mix well adjusting consistency.
Add paneer cubes and mix it gently.
simmer for 2 minutes or till paneer absorbs flavour.
turn off the flame and add garam masala and hand crushed kasuri methi and 2 tbsp cream. mix well.
Finally, serve restaurant-style palak paneer with roti / naan / jeera rice.
