Creamy Butter Chicken 

Creamy butter chicken is very famous and liked by Indian, In hindi it is called  Murg Makhani

Its main ingredients are Butter, midly spiced in tomato sauce and Chicken.

Ingredients:- chicken Marinate 

200gms- boneless chicken 

1tbsp- ginger garlic paste

2tbsp- lemon juice 

2tbsp- hung curd

1tbsp- Kashmiri red chilli powder 

1tbsp- garam masala 

1tbsp- oil

Salt to taste

Method:- 

1 in a bowl take chicken pieces, add all ingredients.

2) mix everything well, and keep a side for 20-30mins.

3) after 30mins, heat pan add ½tbsp oil and 1tbsp butter and fry the chickens till they are cooked ( keep turning and cook them each sides, in low flame )

Ingredients- Making of Gravy 

1tbsp- butter

1tbsp- oil

2- medium size chopped onion 

3- medium size chopped tomato 

1inch- ginger

5-6 nos.- garlic

2nos.- seedless Kashmiri red chilli

1tbsp- rosted cumin powder 

½ tbsp- coriander powder 

1tbsp- garam masala 

¼ cup- cashew nuts

Salt to taste

water as per required.

Method:- 

1) in a heat oil and butter add ginger garlic and onions and saute them for 1mins in low flame.

2) add cashew and saute for another minute then add tomatoes and cook for couple of mins or until they get soft and mushy.

3) add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt, saute till masala is cooked properly.

4) once it is cooked allow them to cool down and grind them into a smooth puree, adding ½ half cup of water.

Butter Chicken Process

Ingredients:- 

2tbsp- butter 

½tbsp- red chilli powder 

⅓ cup- fresh cream

1tbsp- kasuri methi 

Water as per required 

 

Method:- 

1) take apan add butter ( keep flame in low otherwise butter will burn ) and add red chilli powder. 

2) pour the puree into the pan and stir it properly and cover it with lid and bring the gravy to a boil ( add water to adjust the consistency).

3) Now, add chicken pieces and cream, mix well in a low flame. Let the gravy and chicken cook for 6-7mins.

( stir gravy in middle of process )

4) add kasuri methi ( hand crushed ) and garam masala give mix.

Butter chicken is ready to serve.

In last before serving add few drops of cream and add small cube of butter.

Serve hot with Naan or zeera rice.
