Chicken Pizza (without oven)(without yeast)

Today lets make pizza in a simple way without oven and without yeast.. easy to make and gives taste 200%

Ingredients:- ( for dough )

1 cup- all purpose flour 

1 tspn- baking powder 

¼ tspn- baking soda 

1 tspn- salt

⅓ cup- fresh curd/yogurt 

1 tbsp- oil

Method:- 

1) take a bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, mix well.

2) add curd and start kneading it and make the soft dough ( if dough is not soft add 1 tbsp water ) of required.

3) add oil and start kneading again at least for 5mins.

4) cover dough and give rest for 15mins. Keep aside.

 

(Chicken Marinate) 

Ingredients:- 

100-150gms- chicken ( boneless small sliced ) 

¼ tsp- turmeric powder 

½ tsp- red chilli powder/smoked papper powder 

½ tsp- garam masala 

1 tsp- curd

Salt to taste

Method:- 

1) In a bowl add chicken and all the spices mix well with gentle hand.

2) In hot taww add few drops of oil and add Marinate chicken, keep turning sides  and cooked for 4 to 5 mins in low flame.

3) once it is cooked keep aside. ( Rosted chicken is ready) 

Other preparation:-

Pizza sauce

Red, green, yellow bell peppers ( small size cubed )

Mozzarella cheese ( grated )

Oregano, chilli flakes, pizza seasoning.

(Piza bread) Method:- 

1) after 15mins knead dough again for 1 – 2mins.

2) now, dust some flour on base, roll the dough into slightly thicker than chapati.

3)Take pizza plate put pizza on it and spread the base using your hands.

4) edges of the base should be little thick.

5) now with the help of fork make some random holes on pizza base. Base is ready for layering up.

Method:- ( Layering toppings) on pizza base 

1) spread pizza sauce

2) spread grated cheese

3) add some bell peppers 

4) add Rosted chicken 

5) now start seasoning, sprinkle some chilli flakes, oregano, pizza seasoning, finally some more cheese.

6) Pizza is ready to bake without oven.

Method:- Baking without oven.

1) take deep kadai and spread some sand.

2) place any Stand, rack, or bowl on sand and cover it with lid, let it preheat for 10-15min on high flame.

3) now, place the pizza carefully in kadai cover and let it cook for 15mins on medium flame. ( keep checking after 10mins).

Finally chicken pizza is ready to eat.

Note:- 

1) topping and cheese can be of ur choice.

2) if yoy want to bake then preheat oven at 200⁰ and place pizze for  15mins

( but do check after 10mins )
